This Privacy Policy applies to the VR app Trancespace: Aurora, available on the Meta Quest platform, developed and published by VR Bird Studios.

1. What Data We Are Collecting

Trancespace does not collect any personal data, such as:

  • Names, emails, or personal contact information
  • Biometric or health tracking data
  • Location or GPS information
  • Voice recordings or image captures
  • User-generated content or social interactions

However, we collect anonymous gameplay statistics using Unity Analytics to improve app performance, stability, and design. This includes metrics such as:

  • Session duration and gameplay frequency
  • In-app feature usage events
  • Crash reports and technical performance logs

We also temporarily access your Meta User ID to verify the status of in-app purchases. This identifier is used solely for purchase verification and is not stored, tracked, or linked with any personal profile on our servers.

2. How We Process Data

The Meta User ID is accessed only during purchase validation operations and is not retained beyond the immediate verification process.

Unity Analytics provides aggregated, anonymous data that does not identify individual users. This data is used only to understand overall app usage patterns and improve game functionality.

Any technical diagnostic data shared by Meta (e.g., crash logs) is used solely for debugging, solving performance issues, and updating the application.

3. Why We Process Data

We process anonymous analytics data in order to:

  • Improve overall app performance, rendering quality, and usability
  • Fix bugs, compatibility issues, and crashes
  • Understand general usage patterns and user behavior within the app to improve future updates

We do not use this data to track, target, profile, or identify individual users.

4. How Users Can Request Data Deletion

Since we do not collect or store any personal or user-identifiable data, there is no user data stored on our systems to delete.
