Welcome to Trancespace. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trancespace virtual reality application (the "App") developed and published by VR Bird Studios ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and run the App on compatible Meta Quest VR devices. Under this license:

  • Personal Use: You may run the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
  • Commercial VR Experience Centers: You are permitted to run the App in commercial virtual reality experience centers, arcades, or public venues, provided that clear, visible, and prominent credit is given to VR Bird Studios at the experience location and in any associated listings or promotional/marketing materials.

2. Intellectual Property and Usage Constraints

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to the source code, 3D graphics, user interfaces, original musical tracks, artwork, logo, and ambient designs, are owned exclusively by VR Bird Studios. While commercial operation under Section 1 is permitted, you are strictly prohibited from:

  • Modifying, hacking, altering, translating, or creating derivative works of the App or any of its assets.
  • Reselling, renting, leasing, sublicensing, or distributing the App or its binary files for standalone commercial gain.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.

3. Virtual Reality Safety Warning

IMPORTANT: Virtual reality and mixed reality experiences can cause motion sickness, disorientation, eye strain, or physical injury. Please read and follow all safety warnings provided by Meta Quest before using the App. Always ensure your physical surroundings are clear of obstacles, pets, and other people. Discontinue use immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or uncomfortable.

VR Bird Studios is not responsible for any physical injury, property damage, or health issues resulting from your use of the App.

4. Purchases and Content

All transactions, including downloads and potential in-app purchases, are processed through Meta's Quest Store platform. Meta's terms and conditions apply to billing, refunds, and store policies. We do not manage or store billing information.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VR Bird Studios or its founder be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
